Form Tutors

Each form at Wetherby Senior has a form tutor, who is responsible for the supervision, guidance and care of the pupils in his/her form, and the main point of contact for all those boys.

Wetherby Senior form tutors meet with their form every day for morning registration, as well as running the weekly PSHE sessions with their form. This enables our form tutors to build a strong relationship with each boy, as they get to know them well and can easily deal with any issues that may arise.

In our Lower School

At Wetherby Senior, our boys remain with the same form tutor in Year 7 and 8 to ensure continuity of care during their early years at our School.

In our Middle School

Form groups are mixed in Year 9, as a further group of boys join the School at this entry point. This ensures integration of all boys and new tutors are assigned to each of these new forms.

In our Sixth Form

Wetherby Senior’s sixth formers are supported by a team of specialist Sixth Form tutors who are trained to supports boys during these two years. Again, our sixth formers meet with their tutor every day, creating a strong sense of community.
