Our Senior Prefect: Head of Fleet
Year 13, Dan, is Wetherby Senior’s Senior Prefect: Head of Fleet for 2023-24. He joined our School in Year 7 and is studying A Levels in Economics, Geography, History and Politics.
“I’m delighted to be taking on a Senior Prefect role, and to be Head of Fleet, as it is a great opportunity for me to give back to the community and take on leadership responsibilities in my final year at Wetherby Senior.
“I have really enjoyed my time at Wetherby Senior, and I am particularly grateful for the different co-curricular opportunities that I have been offered. Taking part in Model United Nations, for example, has always been fun and rewarding. I loved doing my research for the conferences, then taking part in the debates and meeting people from other schools. Model UN conferences were always a great experience, and I would highly recommend taking part in Model UN.
“As Head of Fleet, I can say that Fleet is the best Trib – look at our efforts on Sports Day! In Fleet, we always go for it and make the best of a situation, as we are so passionate about our Trib!
“In this final year at Wetherby Senior, I will be concentrating on my A Levels and submitting my applications for university study, alongside my responsibilities as Senior Prefect: Head of Fleet.”
