Inspired signs agreement to acquire Alpha Plus schools

This transaction means Wetherby Senior, along with other Alpha Plus schools like Wetherby School, Wetherby Prep and Chepstow House, will join Inspired. This acquisition does not include Alpha Plus Groups’ three colleges and closing is subject to the seller receiving regulatory approvals.

For pupils, there will be opportunities to take part in exchange visits with schools abroad.”

This agreement for Inspired to acquire Alpha Plus Group’s 17 schools and nurseries is expected to be completed within a matter of months, subject to satisfaction of certain limited conditions to closing and depending on unforeseen complications. Until completion Alpha Plus Group remains under the management of Delancey.
