Playing for Penfold

Wetherby Senior musicians entertained older residents at the Penfold Community Hub earlier this week.

Our School’s Year 10 woodwind quartet travelled to the Penfold Community Hub on Wednesday, accompanied by Mr Hayes, our Deputy to Head of Sixth Form and Head of Service Learning.

Mr Hayes explained: “Our Year 10 woodwind quartet – Carter O, Jamie B and Felix W – put on a wonderful performance for the Penfold Community Hub residents, which was greatly enjoyed and appreciated by all.”

Wetherby Senior continues to maintain a strong link with the Penfold Community, a group of Westminster residents aged over 50, which includes hosting a fantastic afternoon tea at our Marylebone Lane building last year.
