Legal learning

Wetherby Senior pupils have enjoyed an insight into legal career options, with inspirational advice from a professional at a top London law firm.

This week, current Wetherby Senior parent, Rhian Radia, visited Marylebone to talk with boys about her career in law. A partner and Head of the Employment team since 2019, Mrs Radia has over 20 years’ experience practising employment law.

Ms Holmes, Head of Careers at Wetherby Senior, said: “It was simply wonderful of Mrs Radia to take the time to talk with our boys. She explained how she became a partner in her law firm, described the A Levels she studied, and outlined her university and early working years. Mrs Radia also discussed the different types of law one can practice (criminal, employment, family and corporate) and what different requirements each practice has.

“Our young people, who were from Years 10 to 12, had so many questions and this resulted in a fantastic discussion, across these three different year groups, with an inspiring individual.”
