A taste of what’s to come

As our editorial team work hard on the next edition of The Barometer, we’re getting our teeth into a previous issue – The Wetherby Lockdown Cookbook!

This time last year, with the UK in another lockdown, many at Wetherby Senior got busy with their baking. A number of creative culinary creations, which also formed an inter-Trib cooking competition arranged by Mr Leverage, then became a special edition of The Barometer, published electronically at the end of February.

As we await the next issue of The Barometer, available before the half-term break, the delicious recipes in last year’s special edition will keep your mouth watering. Covering savoury and sweet options, our 14 fantastic recipes reflect the international links amongst our School community, with dishes ranging from France to Finland to Pakistan, and more.
