Art is all around

Wetherby Senior is set to host work by some talented young artists next month, at our School’s GCSE exhibition.

Taking place within our Marylebone Lane Drama Studio, pieces by Wetherby Senior’s current Year 11 will be examined by external moderators, before being admired by fellow pupils, staff, and parents at an evening reception on Thursday 22nd June.

Ms Bradley, Head of Art and Graphic Design, said: “Wetherby Senior’s Art Show 2023 is wonderful opportunity for all to appreciate the hard work and creativity of our School’s young artists.

“Our Art Department has greatly enjoyed supporting these talented pupils over the years. It has been fantastic to see boys make use of our School’s three art studios and excellent facilities to express themselves and respond, in a personal way, to the different themes and ideas within their GCSE course.”

Wetherby Senior’s Art Show 2023 will take place from 4.30pm-7pm, in our Drama Studio, on Thursday 22nd June.
