Our Wetherby Centurion

Year 10 pupil, Alexandre, has become a Wetherby Centurion, after receiving 100 Gold Notes in Year 9 for his excellent work, behaviour, and attitude.

“In our Wetherby Senior Prize-giving Ceremony, at the end of our summer term, I was awarded for achieving 100 Gold Notes during the academic year. I was very pleased that my hard work throughout Year 9 was acknowledged in this way, while my parents were very proud and impressed!

“Gold Notes are awarded by Wetherby Senior staff to mark excellent work, effort, and behaviour across all aspects of school life. I think it is a great system that supports, encourages, and motivates you to be your best at school.

“I am now settling into Year 10 and, of course, would like to surpass the number of Gold Notes that I received in Year 9. To do this, I know that I need to work hard and get into a good study routine as I tackle my GCSE subjects.”

An extraordinary London school, a springboard to the world
