Top of the class

Wetherby Senior pupil, Dan, was awarded top 9 grades for each of his eleven GCSEs this summer. He is now studying in Wetherby Senior’s Sixth Form.

“I was so happy when I received my GCSE results in August and found that I had received a grade 9 (which corresponds to the old-style top grade of A*) for every one of my subjects. Of course, my parents were also thrilled when they saw how well I had done!

“I joined Wetherby Senior in Year 7 and I have always enjoyed my time in Marylebone. I feel particularly happy with the outstanding quality of Wetherby Senior teachers, across all academic subjects. Staff consistently show a real passion for teaching, and all are dedicated to ensuring that you learn and develop while at Wetherby Senior.

“It is really exciting to be joining Wetherby Senior’s Sixth Form this autumn to study for my A Levels in Geography, History, Government and Politics, and Economics. I know that I will continue to benefit from the great teaching here, as well as fantastic support from specialist staff towards my future plans, particularly as I start to focus further on university options.”
